The complete picture in six points.

What we collect: Your full name, mobile number, and email address. If you request a GST invoice, your GSTIN.
What we do NOT collect: Your UPI VPA, card number, CVV, or any other payment credential. Payments are handled by CCAvenue — AmpPay never sees your payment details.
Who can see your data: The CPO Partner operating the platform (currently ChargeArena) can access your name, mobile number, email, and GSTIN through the AmpPay CMS for account management and invoicing.
Why we collect it: To verify your identity via OTP, deliver your invoices by email, and (if you request it) issue a GST tax invoice.
Analytics and error reporting: We send de-identified events to PostHog (EU) for product analytics — only after you Accept the consent banner — and stack traces to Sentry (EU) for crash reporting. Both have your mobile, email, name and GSTIN stripped before any data leaves the runtime.
How long we keep it: Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 5 years thereafter for statutory compliance.
Your rights: You can access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@amppay.in.
